Even a new or pre calibrated hygrometer should be tested before use to make sure it is reading correctly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo use, simply place your hygrometer or humidity sensor inside the calibration bag and completely reseal the zipper. Allow it to sit undisturbed for a minimum of 24 hours at room temperature between 65°F and 75°F. If your hygrometer reads 75% RH, calibration is complete.
