Aeterna by Aurelius Monarch is a handcrafted cigar ashtray designed around the ritual of enjoying a fine cigar. Handmade in Serbia by founder Aleksandar Marković, it brings together European walnut, brass and tinted glass in a substantial yet refined design.
Intricately carved foliage surrounds a sculpted lion beneath 4mm tinted glass, while four integrated brass cigar rests complement the warmth of the walnut. The wood is finished with tung oil to enhance its natural grain, with velour feet protecting the surface beneath.
Each Aeterna is individually handcrafted and numbered, with natural variations in the walnut ensuring that no two pieces are completely identical. Its name draws from the idea of permanence, reflecting an object made slowly and intentionally to become part of the rituals and memories surrounding the enjoyment of a cigar.
