At Kirby Allison, our High Shine Shoe Service is designed to elevate well-maintained shoes through a traditional hand-polished shine using the finest Saphir products.
Each pair is carefully brushed to remove surface dust, then treated with cream polish to restore and enhance color. The service is completed with a wax finish tailored to your selected shine level, ranging from a subtle glow to a full mirror shine. Heels and edges receive focused attention to ensure a clean, refined finish.
This service is intended for shoes already in good overall condition. It does not include deep cleaning, stain removal, or corrective restoration. Shoes requiring a full reset, cleaning, or conditioning may be better suited for the Presidential Shoe Shine Service.
Level 1 provides a light shine focused primarily on the toe area
Level 2 delivers a medium gloss with greater depth and clarity
Level 3 is a traditional mirror shine for maximum brilliance
You may choose to replace your shoelaces with Kirby Allison Wellington shoelaces. If selected, lace style and color should be noted on the printable service form included with your order confirmation.
After checkout, your order confirmation email will include a single link to your service page. From this page, you can access your printable service form, packing guidance, and either create your pre-paid FedEx shipping label or view the shipping address if you prefer to ship your shoes yourself. Please include the completed service form inside the box with your shoes.
If you select the pre-paid FedEx label option, the label created through this link is for shipping your shoes to us. The shipping charge at checkout covers the cost of shipping your shoes back to you once service is complete. Orders with multiple pairs are returned together unless otherwise arranged.
All shoes are processed in a working queue managed by a single master shoeshine specialist. Orders are opened and worked on only when they reach the front of the queue. Total turnaround time from delivery to return shipment can take up to four weeks, depending on order volume and the specific needs of each pair. The specialist will reach out if additional information is required.
Rush service is available for an additional fee and allows your order to be prioritized ahead of the standard queue, subject to availability.
