Highly regarded by leather care specialists worldwide, this exceptional cream is suitable for a wide range of fine smooth leathers, including box calf, goat, and specialty leathers such as cordovan. Ideal for shoes, book covers, and other cherished leather goods, it offers unmatched versatility and performance. Because it contains mink oil, it is not generally recommended for handbags or other large leather surfaces, as it may over-soften the leather or cause slight darkening, especially on lighter finishes. For these items, gentler alternatives such as Saphir Médaille d’Or Macadamia Lotion or Saphir Médaille d’Or Nappa Leather Balm are recommended to provide nourishment without altering the structure or color.
Application: Brush the leather to remove dirt and dust. Apply sparingly with a clean cotton cloth, then allow to dry for three minutes. Finish by polishing with a soft cotton or wool cloth to achieve a refined sheen.
