Vintage 1970 Extremely Rare Cartier Solid 925 Sterling Vertical Line with Solid 18k Trinity Love Ring Over the Door Factory Lighter

This Cartier sterling lighter from the early 1970s represents one of the Maison’s earliest oval-profile designs and a particularly rare execution within the Must de Cartier series. Crafted in solid 925 sterling silver with precise vertical line engraving, it is distinguished by a factory-fitted solid 18k gold Trinity ring around the cap—an iconic Cartier motif seldom seen on lighters. Only a small number of sterling models with Trinity detailing were produced, as each piece required extensive hand-finishing and careful metalwork. Hallmarks are present, and the lighter is accompanied by its original box and complete booklet set. A highly desirable example of Cartier’s early craftsmanship.
