How to Pack Your Shoes
Proper packing helps protect suede and nubuck during transit and helps ensure the best results from service. Shoes that shift in transit can pick up scuffs, deep creases, or cracking along flex points. We strongly recommend inserting shoe trees in each shoe before shipping.
If available, place each shoe in a shoe bag to prevent rubbing, dye transfer, and scuffing, especially when shipping multiple pairs. Shoe bags are also recommended for protecting your shoes when they are returned after service.
When possible, place the shoes in their original shoe box, then place that box inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding.

Create Your Pre-Paid Shipping Label
The shipping charge at checkout covers the cost of shipping your shoes back to you once service is complete. Orders with multiple pairs are returned together unless otherwise arranged.
Please Note: Our Shoeshine specialist receives many orders every week and due to the range of needs each pair requires, there may be a delay in contact as he works separately from our warehouse. We cannot guarantee how long each pair will take or if they will need more time than expected. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email then you will receive a tracking number for delivery.
Rush Service
Rush service is available for an additional $20 fee per pair and allows your order to be prioritized ahead of the standard queue. If selected, work begins immediately once your shoes are delivered. These are the payment options - please mention "RUSH FEE" and your order number so he knows which box to open ahead of the queue.
He also accepts cash in the box but you will need to notify us so he knows to open your box ahead of the queue. Once the payment has been confirmed, we will move them up and have them taken care of ASAP.
Return shipping will follow the method selected at checkout.
