Pelikan 4001 Brilliant Black Bottled Ink

Pelikan 4001 Brilliant Black Bottled Ink is a classic dye based ink formulated for smooth, consistent writing with fountain pens. Drawing on more than 125 years of Pelikan ink making expertise, the 4001 formula is designed to provide an even flow and clear line definition while caring for both the fountain pen and nib.

The deep Brilliant Black color provides a strong, traditional shade well suited for everyday writing, correspondence, and professional use. The glass bottle is thoughtfully shaped so it can be tilted as the ink level becomes low, making it easier to draw up the remaining ink.

Made in Germany, Pelikan 4001 Bottled Ink is suitable for Pelikan fountain pens as well as many other fountain pens that use a piston filling mechanism or converter.
