S.T. Dupont continues its celebration of the ancient Japanese art of Maki-e through a collection that honors the beauty of traditional craftsmanship. Each piece is meticulously hand decorated by the master artisans of Wajimaya Zenni in Japan using centuries old techniques, incorporating gold powder and richly colored lacquers to create intricate scenes inspired by Japanese culture. Every creation is signed "Zenni," a mark of the renowned artisan workshop that collaborates exclusively with S.T. Dupont.

The Hikari no Tera collection is inspired by Kyoto, Japan's historic center of art and culture. Featuring vibrant lacquerwork that captures the serene gardens and reflective waters surrounding the iconic Golden Pavilion, each design is delicately painted by hand with shimmering gold powder, resulting in a remarkable work of functional art that celebrates the elegance and heritage of traditional Japan.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Clean all surfaces with a soft low-pile microfiber cloth.
Do not use solvent-based products to clean.
The flames are adjustable at the base of the lighter.
Fill lighter for up to 20 seconds or until fog releases.
Be sure to keep it filled and let it sit for an hour before first use.
