The Jackpot by Murmmr is the rarest expression of the brand’s distinctive crystal dome ashtray, finished with genuine 24k gold vapor deposited directly onto the crystal. Applied by specialists in Bavaria, the gold forms an incredibly thin layer bonded to the glass, creating a finish that shifts with the surrounding light.

Made from Czech crystal with solid brass hardware and hand finished Portuguese cork, The Jackpot is built with the same precision construction as The Object. Set the dome over a resting smoke and it gently extinguishes while containing ash, smoke, and odor. As smoke moves beneath the gold coated crystal, the changing light and reflections become part of the experience.

Limited to an edition of just 18, each Jackpot is individually numbered and accompanied by a unique Proof of Originality matched specifically to the piece. Each arrives in a custom wooden crate made in Germany.

Complimentary engraving of up to 25 characters, including spaces, is available on the bottom beside the limited edition number. Engraving must be requested separately by email or phone immediately after purchase. Engraved pieces are final sale.

Founded by designer Greg Long after more than thirty years of creating consumer products, Murmmr was built around a desire to slow down and focus on making one object at a time, with careful attention given to every detail.

Each piece is produced in collaboration with small, family owned European workshops and skilled craftspeople, including generations of experienced glassmakers. Crystal, metal, and wood are carefully brought together to create ashtrays that are as much decorative objects as they are functional pieces.

At the center of the design is Murmmr’s distinctive crystal dome. Created to address both the appearance and aroma of a traditional ashtray, the dome also captures the movement of smoke inside, turning something normally fleeting into part of the experience.

Every piece is individually inspected before engraving, numbering, and final assembly. Metalwork is carefully polished, wood components are hand finished, and each completed piece is accompanied by a matching numbered Proof of Originality.
